Kotsikas Quality Consulting represents many years of experience in operational and strategic quality management and quality assurance in the automobile industry. Dipl.-Ing. Kotsikas was also Quality Manager with a leading international OEM in the automobile industry. He had total responsibility for gasoline engines (annual production over one million) as well as numerous required parts including mechanisms, electric and electronic components out of metal, plastic and rubber, etc.

As a trouble shooter by an OEM we function as the connecting link between the OEM factory and the supplier who is under contract to the OEM. We are conversant with the products and processes of both the OEM and the supplier. know to the supplier. We then organize suitable temporary measures for the supplier such as checking, sorting and re-working.
