Kotsikas Quality Consulting represents many years of experience in operational and strategic quality management and quality assurance in the automobile industry. Dipl.-Ing. Kotsikas was also Quality Manager with a leading international OEM in the automobile industry. He had total responsibility for gasoline engines (annual production over one million) as well as numerous required parts including mechanisms, electric and electronic components out of metal, plastic and rubber, etc.

As a trouble shooter by an OEM we function as the connecting link between the OEM factory and the supplier who is under contract to the OEM. We are conversant with the products and processes of both the OEM and the supplier. For example, we facilitate OEM and supplier cooperation by identifying errors of N.I.O parts (otherwise recognized earliest on the conveyor belt) and also negative audit results that are immediately made

know to the supplier. We then organize suitable temporary measures for the supplier such as checking, sorting and re-working.

Dipl.-Ing. Kotsikas has more that 10 years experience worldwide working with over 100 suppliers, conducted internal and external audits and resolved internal and external Tier 1 - Tier 3 quality problems...
We are very experienced with the interaction between the OEM and supplier. This means you can trust our know how and problem solving orientation.We are “at home” dealing directly with suppliers and customers. We can do this because we have the necessary team qualifications and negotiation skills that also include the financial area, i.e., cost recovery negotiations. Additionally we have the capability and organisation know how to accomplish this and are at home doing this in English.
