Claims Management

Claims and errors are reactive quality. They occur suddenly and without warning. Task Forces working under time pressure attempt to determine the cause of the quality problems as quickly as possibly understand it and eliminate it (Containment, CSL, etc.). In the worst case supply stops.
In spite of many preventive measures such quality problems are present and from the view of one’s own quality department cannot always be avoided.
