Kotsikas Consulting was founded in 2006. Our core competencies include interim management in the areas of quality and technology at the top management level (CTO) ranging from factory quality and production management, quality and project management to the project engineer and quality engineer respectively. We accompany our customers in projects on an interim management basis for the desired project time, or support you on an ad hoc basis when urgent problems arise which require specific know how with highly specialised knowledge and extensive hands-on experience.

In the field of quality management, both nationally and internationally, we mainly work for automotive customers (OEM and suppliers) since the automotive industry has the highest demands in the area of quality management (e.g. ISO TS 16949) and has therefore set the standard for all technical sectors. Since 2009, we are increasingly active for non-automotive customers and transfer the quality standards of the automotive industry to other industries. Through the adaptation ranging from automotive quality building blocks to total quality management, these companies achieve competitive advantages by reducing significantly their quality and production problems with our help while at the same time significantly reducing their costs. As soon as the number of claims has been reduced or even totally eliminated via process optimization, the related costs are eliminated as well.
