We check your products and processes, discover weaknesses and develop with your employees appropriate improvement measures. Under our direction we direct and coach your suppliers until your required results are met. Our goal is to work closely with your employees “on the job” so they are trained and acutely aware to the extent your quality employees can handle these tasks without third party help. Supplier management is a living process and we can’t be continuously present on location nor do we want to be. It is not our company policy and not our goal. We follow the principle of TQM philosophy: quality is not a goal but a process that never ends.
